Operational Framework

TERMS OF
Operation.

Clear guidelines for the execution of atmospheric restoration. AeroShield Duct Cleaning Services operates under clinical standards of transparency and structural safety.

Section 01

Diagnostic Disclaimer

Digital assessments and price estimations provided via the AeroShield portal are preliminary and non-binding. While our algorithms provide high-accuracy projections, final project requirements are solely determined by the on-site Lead Technician following robotic optic verification and biological density testing.

Section 02

Field Protocol Adjustments

AeroShield Duct Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify extraction techniques if structural duct damage, rodent infiltration, or excessive moisture-induced bio-colonies are identified during Phase 01 (Optic Validation). We will never engage in cleaning if the structural integrity of the ductwork poses a risk of further contamination.

Section 03

Structural Safety & Liability

Our Negative Pressure Extraction creates a clinical vacuum seal. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all vents are accessible and that structural repairs required for system access have been disclosed. AeroShield Duct Cleaning Services maintains full industrial liability insurance for all certified deployment protocols.

Section 04

Deployment Windows

Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and atmospheric conditions. While we strive for "ASAP" deployment, clinical cleaning cannot be rushed. AeroShield Duct Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule deployments if site safety standards cannot be maintained.
